Strength Card Roasted Garlic, Warm Brie and Tomato Chutney on a Toasted Baguette
“Being deeply loved by someone gives you strength, while loving someone deeply gives you courage.” ― Lao Tzu
Draw on the Strength card for health, stealth, dealing with in-laws or for simply for inspiration when you are feeling flat.
The Strength card reflects a velvet touch over a forceful one, yet power and influence is yielded. It's just like pungent garlic thats been slow roasted in the oven yielding creamy smooth results.

In this recipe, strong, pungent garlic is roasted for an hour. The strength is there, yet the garlic is rendered mellow and soft just like the tame lion in the Strength card, a metaphor for using slow and steady patience in any situation.

Drizzle garlic with olive oil, salt and pepper, wrap in tin foil and pop in a 350 degree oven for about an hour to render it smooth and creamy.

Spread on a toasted baguette, smother with warm brie and top with chutney.
Serve alongside olives, a gorgeous wine, tons of candle light and let everyone help themselves. Heaven!
